the “Ice Group” of Enodis
Plc, Ice Works is the company
specialized in manufacturing the largest
icemakers, devoted to industrial and
intensive use. Typical use covers the
storage, processing and transportation needs
of the fishing, meat, poultry, dairy cheese,
bread & biscuit industries, plus the
many chemical, textile and mining industry
applications.
These
machines make a scaled type of ice which is
convenient in cost and highly efficient in
its cooling power. The strong reputation of
the machines manufactured by Ice Works relies on its stainless steel
evaporator, quite unique in the market.
Ice
Works has two different product lines Scotsman-Industrial
Line and Oref.
Oref
was the old name of the company. Even though
the Oref range of products had
already been celebrated for the good
quality of its equipment, Ice Works
benefited enormously from the acquisition by
the “Ice Group”. The manufacturing
tecnique has been improved and the
efficiency of all models further increased.
The
highest quality and durability parameters
are matched and surpassed. Machine design
and assembly also focus on achieving on-site
ease-of-maintenance and repair. All our
machines are certified according to the most
severe regulations (CE & PED) and by the
most specialised and world recognised
testing laboratories (RINA, DNV). The
